Chef de Partie m/w for a la carte Restaurant, TOP SALARY!

Position: For a well renowned and established traditional Gasthaus/ Restaurant in Villach, Kärnten, we are looking for a previously experienced Chef de Partie m/f to support the Team in the a la carte restaurant.

Tasks and duties: You support the kitchen team in the a la carte restaurant with all tasks such as mise em place, preparation work, presentation and sending out of all dishes, the restaurant prepares traditional austrian dishes and supplies occasional catering for medium size events of up to 80 guests, traditional austrian cuisine in a modern, stylish, setting

Requirements and experience: We are looking for “young at heart”  Chefs m/f with a minimum of one to two years working experience in a professional,  upper class restaurant or hotel kitchen, furthermore we are looking for someone who is highly motivated to earn an exceptional salary, a self starter and a Team player, love for detail and the hospitality profession in general. German language skills are required.

Salary and further info: Gross salary per month €3543.- for a 5 day 48 hr working week.
