For our client hotel, a top 4* Hotel in the Tyrolean Außerfern region, we are currently seeking a RESERVATIONS MANAGER (m/f) with excellent conditions and the option of working from home!
In this position, you will lead the reservations department and be responsible for the following tasks:
Reservation processing: You will handle the entire reservation process and ensure smooth organization.
Proposal creation: You will develop customized travel and flight offers as well as tailor-made travel insurance for our guests.
Customer service: You will advise our guests competently and solution-oriented by phone and email.
Administration and organization: You will use Microsoft Office to create and maintain documents and to manage processes in a structured manner.
What you bring:
Professional skills: Excellent spelling and diction in German, as well as fluent written and spoken English skills.
Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Geographical knowledge of the target regions: A good understanding of the geographical characteristics of our destinations helps us tailor our offerings precisely and competently to our customers' needs.
Service orientation: Strong customer focus and strong communication skills.
Commitment and willingness to learn: Ideally, experience in tourism or a similar industry is preferred; for career changers: willingness to undergo intensive training and further education.
Diligent and organized: Structured and reliable working methods with an eye for detail.
