For our extremely popular and highly renowned 5-star hotel in Dinkelsmühle, Bavaria, we are looking with immediate effect for an experienced

Service Supervisor (m/f)
for the half-board restaurant, in a year-round full-time position with top remuneration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadership of a dynamic service team (including staff scheduling)

• Proactive guest interaction and reservation management

• Overall responsibility for the smooth operation of the restaurant

• Interface between service and kitchen

• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and service standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position or as a Head Waiter

• Team player with a hands-on mentality

• High level of resilience, flexibility, and ability to perform under pressure during peak times

• Strong leadership skills, decisiveness, and sense of responsibility

• Excellent quality awareness, strong organizational skills, high motivation, and service orientation

• Excellent German and English language skills

• MS Office skills are an advantage
