Chef de Partie Garde Manger m/f

Position:
For one of our top clients, a 4-star superior luxury hotel at Lake Millstatt in Carinthia, we are currently looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f) for the Garde Manger position, with relevant professional experience and availability starting in May.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Independent management of the cold kitchen
• Preparation of all appetizers, salads, and cold soups
• Both traditional Austrian dishes and upscale international cuisine are offered
• Integration into an existing, young team
• No à la carte service

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Good knowledge and experience in upscale cuisine (4-star superior preferred)
• Experience in Austria is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
• Friendly team player with a cooperative personality
• Good knowledge of German or English

Top Salary:
€3,404 gross (based on a 5-day week, 45 hours)
Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications
