Chef de Partie m/f für upper class Hotel

Position: For a well known and renowned 4*S Resort Hotel in Serfaus in Tyrol we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie m/with good english oe some german language skills

Tasks and duties:  Independently running a station in the kitchen including leading a Commis de Partie, doing calculations, stock keeping and order lists, cooking according to set recipies, supporting the kitchen Team with the preparation, presentation and sending out of all dishes for a 5 to 6 course daily menu,  experience in the upper class hotel industry is necessary.

Qualifications: we are looking for someone with either a finished apprenticeship or several years of experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel, a team player who has leadership qualities, who is willing to integrate into a international team, someone who is quality conscious, has a love for detail and the drive to earn an above-average salary, on top pof that you should be stress resistent, have an open and friendly personality, good english language skills are fully sufficient, no german required
