Chef de Partie m/f no German skills required!

Position: For a well known and renowned 4*S Resort Hotel in Tirol in Austria we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie m/with English and  language skills, no German required!

Tasks and duties:  Independently running a station in the kitchen including guiding a Commis de Partie, doing calculations and order lists, cooking according to set recipies, supporting the kitchen Team with the preparation, presentation and sending out of all dishes for a 5 to 6 course daily menu,  experience in the upper class hotel industry is necessary.

Qualifications:  finished apprenticeship or several years of experience in at least a 4**** star hotel, team player as well as leadership qualities erquired, willing to integrate, working on an international team, quality conscious, love for detail and the motivation to earn an above-average salary, open and friendly personality, no german languahe skills required, english is enough.
