Chef de Partie m/f for international Team

Position: For our well known and renowned client, a 4*S Hotel in Bregenz, western Austria, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie m/f with good english language skills to fit into an international Team

Tasks and duties:  Independently running a station in the kitchen including leading a cook, doing calculations and order lists, cooking according to set recipies, supporting the kitchen Team with the preparation, presentation and sending out of all dishes,  experience in the upper class hotel industry is required

Qualifications:  finished apprenticeship or several years of experience in an upper class hotel, team player as well as leadership qualities erquired, willing to integrate into an international team, quality conscious, love for detail and the drive to earn an above-average salary, stress resistent, open and friendly personality, good, commucational englisch is necessary
