Position: For a class Restaurant with a la carte dining in the upper class section, we are looking for a Chef m/f with experience in the fine dining category with leadership qualities and the drive to earn a fantastic salary!

Tasks and duties: Leading the operations and running the kitchen for a restaurant with around 60 seats as Chef, the chef cooks for an a la carte Restaurant and occasional events of up to 60 guests. You are in charge of all duties such as Menu planning and execution, purchasing, stock keeping, managing and scheduling the Team of 3, overseeing preparation of all dishes, presentation and final sending out

Requirements and experience: culinary education such as an apprenticeship or culinary school is required, furthermore we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. We require high quality standards, leadership mentality with a feel for the job, love for detail and the profession in general, Fluent german or english language skills are a must.
