We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Chef Patissier (m/f/d) for a renowned 4-star superior hotel in the picturesque Salzburg Alpine region. We want someone who brings passion, creativity and a real eye for detail to every creation.

You will join a young, motivated team and work alongside an ambitious Head Chef who is open to new ideas. This is your opportunity to express your creativity, develop your own dessert creations and help shape the hotel’s unique pastry concept.

Your Responsibilities

• Express your creativity: Create and prepare innovative desserts, cakes and sweet specialties.
• Bring your own ideas: Contribute to the dessert menu and help develop the pastry section.
• Maintain the highest standards: Ensure consistently high quality and beautiful presentation of your creations.
• Work as a team: Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and the entire kitchen team.
• Stay organized: Independently plan and organize your daily workflow.
• Share your passion: Delight guests with your attention to detail and your understanding of flavour, texture and presentation.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a pastry chef or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in pastry, ideally in upscale hotels or restaurants.
• Creativity, commitment and enthusiasm for bringing new ideas to life.
• An independent, structured and reliable approach to work.
• A strong team spirit and the ability to integrate well into a young, motivated team.
• Good English skills. German is an advantage but is not essential.
