AUFGABENGEBIET: Führung eines dynamischen Teams für das Frühstücksservice, Personalplanung, proaktiver Umgang mit Gästen und Reservierungsplanung, Warenwirtschaft, Bestellung, Annahme, Abgang, Inventur, Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf des Restaurants während des Frühdienstes, Schnittstelle zur Küche, Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards
ANFORDERUNGEN: Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition, Teamplayer mit Hands-On-Mentalität, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Stresstoleranz auch in Spitzenzeiten, Führungskompetenz, Entscheidungsbereitschaft und Verantwortungsübernahme, ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Organisationsstärke sowie hohe Motivation und Serviceorientierung, gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
