Position: For a modern, TOP Resort Hotel near Kitzbühel in Tyrol we are looking for a Head Chef m/f for an a la carte type kitchen System on a superiour level

Tasks and duties: The Head Chef is responsible for the entire operation, duties include menu planning, purchasing, stock keeping, managing and scheduling a Team of 15 Chefs, as well as preparation and presentation of all dishes and calculations. The Head Chef carries all final responsabilityies and decisions regarding food cost, purchasing discounts and operational costs.

Requirements and experience: We require a formal culinary education such as an apprenticeship or education in a culinary school, furthermore we require someone with several years of experience in a leading position in the kitchen, preferably in a TOP Hotel in Austria or Germany. On top of that we are looking for high quality standards, a true leadership mentality and love for the culinary arts and profession. German language skills as well as very good English are required.

Salary and further Info: Gross salary per month €5008.- for a 6 day 48 hr working week, salariy is felxible and negotiable depending on experience, 14 salaries per year paid, permanent contract, Insurance package and social benefits according to Austrian law, paid vacation, free accommodation and meals are provided by the employer, free ski pass and other regional year round benefits as well as use of Hotel facilities.
