Chef m/f for upper class Hotel in Switzerland

Position: For our well known and renowned client, a 4* Hotel in the Berner Oberland of Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie m/f with good english language skills, no german required.

Tasks and duties:  Independently running a station in the kitchen, doing calculations, order lists, cooking according to set recipies, supporting the kitchen Team with the preparation, presentation and sending out of all dishes for a daily set menu. A small a la carte restaurant is also part of hte hotel and provided fpor by the same kitchen.

Qualifications:  we require either a finished apprenticeship or a minimum of 3 years of experience in an upper class hotel, team player qualities, willing to integrate into an existing team, quality conscious, love for detail and the drive to earn an above-average salary, stress resistent, open and friendly personality, good, commucational english is necessary, no german language skills required, experience in the upper class hotel industry is required

Salary and benefits: CHF 4880.-  gross monthly salary,  PLUS vacation pay, CHF 550 for accommodation and food, great benefits for employees both in the hotel (free use of Hotel facilities) as well as regional benefits such as free transport pass and great additional goodies and offers.
