For an established hotel in the Tannheimer Tal in Tyrol, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef (m/f/d) who is ready to bring fresh ideas, creativity and new culinary input to the kitchen.

You have solid experience in the Austrian hospitality industry, have already worked as a Head Chef or in a comparable leadership position, and want the freedom to put your own ideas into practice?

The hotel is looking for a Head Chef who thinks creatively, takes responsibility and actively develops the kitchen. You will be given considerable freedom to shape the culinary direction and bring your own ideas and concepts to life.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and organise the entire kitchen team
• Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
• Plan and coordinate the daily kitchen operations
• Develop and implement new dishes and culinary concepts
• Maintain consistently high quality standards
• Manage purchasing, stock control and cost-conscious use of ingredients
• Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team
• Introduce new ideas and modern culinary approaches
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene and quality standards

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in the Austrian hospitality or gastronomy industry
• Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a comparable position
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to motivate and develop a team
• Creativity and passion for Austrian cuisine
• Open-minded approach to new culinary ideas and concepts
• Independent, structured and organised working style
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
• Willingness to contribute your own ideas and take ownership
