Deine Aufgaben

Suche nach passenden Kandidaten im Bereich Pflege-und medizinisches Fachpersonal
Kontaktaufnahme, Bedarfserhebung und Vermittlung von Fachpersonal an potenzielle Kunden
Betreuung des gesamten Recruiting-und Vermittlungsprozesses
Durchführung von Kandidateninterviews und Erstellung von Kandidatenprofilen
Enger Kontakt und laufender Austausch mit bestehenden Kunden, sowie Aquise neuer Kunden
Erstellung von Jobausschreibungen und Inseraten
Betreuung und Entwicklung von externen Partneragenturen im Ausland
Korrespondenz in Richtung Bewerber als auch Kunden
Betreuung interner Accounts und diverse administrative Aufgaben

Dein Profil

abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Pflegeberuf oder Beruf im Gesundheitswesen
Verkaufserfahrung und go-getter Mentalität erwünscht
Extrovertierte, kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit, Eigeninitiative, kaufmännisches Talent und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
