AlpJobs GmbH mit Firmensitz in Graz sucht ab sofort eine Recruiting Fachfrau m/w im Fachgebiet Hotellerie und Gastronomie, vorerst für 1 Jahr als Karenzverretung

Deine Aufgaben

Suche nach passenden Kandidaten im Bereich Gastronomie / Hotellerie
Betreuung des gesamten Recruiting Prozesses
Durchführung von Kandidateninterviews und Erstellung von Kandidatenprofilen
enger Kontakt und laufender Austausch mit dem Vertrieb
Erstellung von Jobausschreibungen und Inseraten
Betreuung und Entwicklung von externen Partneragenturen im Ausland
Korrespondenz in Richtung Bewerber und Absagemanagement
Betreuung Social Media Accounts und diverse administrative Aufgaben

Dein Profil

abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Gastronomie und/oder
praktische Erfahrung in der Gastronomie / Hotellerie von Vorteil
Erfahrung im Recruiting von Vorteil
sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich (weitere Sprachkenntnisse wie spanisch oder slawische Sprachen von Vorteil,)
strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
kommunikative Persönlichkeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
