Tasks and Duties

• Looking for qualified candidates around the hotel and hospitality industries both via Job ads and job portals as well as via social media
• Creating job ads and postings
• Leading candidate interviews, evaluating candidates and organizing them according the internal system
• All Correspondence with applicants as well internal
• Servicing social media accounts as well administrative duties

Your candidate profile

• Completed studies human resources or industry relevant education in the hospitality sector
• Practical experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
• Experience in recruiting and human resources/profiling
• Excellent English language skills as well as one of the following languages: Bulgarian, Serbian, Croatian, Hungarian, Rumanian, Polish
• Structured personality, able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, stress resistant, ultimate Team player
