Restaurant Manager m/f Montafon

For our client, a widely known and renowned Mountain Restaurant  in Gargellen in the Montafon Region of Austria, we are looking for an experienced and charismatic Restaurant Manager f/m to start immediatley, long Term all year positon.

TASKS AND DUTIES: leading a dynamic team in the restaurant, pro activ client approach, planing of reservations, seat management, ordering, receiving and managing/storing goods and equipment, responsible for a seamless and coordinated service procedure, coordination with the kitchen and other departments, keeping quality, hygene and Service standarts

EXPERIENCE: several years of experience in a similar position in a comparable establishment, team player with a hands-on metality, flexible, stress resistent, leadership qualities, decision maker who takes on resposability, quality conscious and cost efficiency, highly motivated individual with organisational skills, good german and english language skills as well as MS-Office literate
