Restaurantleiter m/w für das HP REstaurant in ganzjähriger Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit TOP Entlohnung!

AUFGABENGEBIET: Führung eines dynamischen Teams (Personalplanung), proaktiver Umgang mit Gästen und Reservierungsplanung, Warenwirtschaft, Bestellung, Annahme, Abgang, Inventur, Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf des Restaurants, Schnittstelle zur Küche, Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards

ANFORDERUNGEN: mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, Teamplayer mit Hands-On-Mentalität, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Stresstoleranz auch in Spitzenzeiten, Führungskompetenz, Entscheidungsbereitschaft und Verantwortungsübernahme, ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein, Organisationsstärke sowie hohe Motivation und Serviceorientierung, ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, MS-Office Kenntnisse
