We are looking for a motivated and passionate Spa Therapist / Spa Staff (m/f) to join a prestigious wellness resort at Lake Achensee in Tyrol, Austria, for the 2026/2027 winter season.

Your Mission – Creating Moments of Wellbeing

• Pamper our guests from head to toe and help them forget the stress of everyday life.
• Provide massages, beauty treatments and other wellness services.
• Take professional care of our guests and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their spa experience.
• Work closely with the hotel reception team to create exceptional guest experiences every day.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure the spa area is always clean, organised and inviting.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment, or relevant professional training.
• Skills in beauty treatments, pedicures, manicures and massages.
• A genuine passion for working with people and making guests feel special.
• A friendly, well-presented personality and a positive attitude.
• Calmness, organisational skills and the ability to remain professional during busy periods.
• A strong team spirit and a natural talent for hospitality.

• Free accommodation in one of the two staff houses, just a 5- or 10-minute walk from the hotel.
• Fully furnished rooms with private bathroom and toilet, TV and free Wi-Fi.

• Your work clothes are professionally washed by the hotel’s laundry service.

Fair Working Conditions

• 5-day working week, 40 hours.
• Overtime compensated either with time off in lieu or financial payment.
• Transparent working time registration via NFC system, managed by HGC (payroll office).
• Pro-rata 13th and 14th salary payments at the end of the season.

Food & Salary

• Free meals at the hotel – even on your days off and during your holidays.
• Attractive salary of €2,879 gross per month plus tips.
• Salary above the stated amount is negotiable depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
