SUSHI CHEF m/w in Leogang

Position: For a well known and renowned 4*S Resort Hotel in Leogang/ Salzburg we are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef  m/f with asian background and expereince in preparing quality Sushi and Maki dishes and good english or german language skills

Tasks and duties: Independently running the Sushi Station in a show cooking style setting, presentation and sending out of all sushi and maki dishes for daily menu for a hotel with 140 beds. Calculations and running order lists, food cost consciousness, experience in the upper class hotel industry is a plus.

Qualifications:  finished apprenticeship or minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Sushi Chef, team player willing to integrate into an existing, international team, quality conscious, love for detail and the drive to earn an above-average salary, well groomed, performing in front of the guest, stress resistent, open and friendly personality, good english or basic german language skills required
