Position: For a well known and renowned 4*S Luxury Resort in St John’s we are looking for an experienced Chef Patissier m/f with relevant experience in a similar establishment and german language skills

Tasks and duties: Independently running the pastry section in a hotel with roughly 100 beds, leading a Commis de Patisserie, preparing a desert selection for a daily 6 course set menu, preparing cakes for a daily buffet, seasonal cookies and cakes for special occasions, doing calculations and order lists, working with own recipies.

Qualifications: finished apprenticeship or several years of experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel, team player as well as leadership qualities are required, willing to integrate, working on an international team, quality conscious, love for detail and creativity, the drive to earn an above-average salary, open and friendly personality, german language skills are necessary.

Salary and benefits: €3886.- gross monthly salary, PLUS 2 additional payments per year, PLUS vacation pay, accommodation and food is provided free of charge, full insurance coverage and social benefits according to Austrian law, seasonal or permanent position, great benefits for employees both in the hotel (free use of Hotel Spa and Hotel facilities) as well as regional benefits such as free ski pass and great additional goodies and offers.
