Tasks and Duties: leading the pastry department single handedly and creating various deserts for a daily 5 course set menu, the hotel has around 100 beds. Daily preparation of a cake and pie buffet for the afternoon snack, ordering, stock keeping, inventory, own recipies
Qualifications: job specific education or several years of experience in a similar position as Pastry Chef in an upper class hotel, teamplayer, no German skills required, but relevant English language skills are necessary. Independent work as well as creativity and self motivation are required.
Salary, aditional info: €2920.-gross montly salary PLUS tips, PLUS 14 salaries a year, PLUS vacation pay, free food and free single room accommodation are provided, full insurance package as per austrian law, great regional as well as in house benefits, amazing location in the Alps, great outdoor destination in the summer as well as in the winter 🙂
